A well established Estate Agent is currently looking for Experienced trainee Letting and a Sales Negotiator to work in their office based in Harrow.

Trainee Letting and Sales Agent

The successful Trainee Letting and Sales Negotiator will have the following qualities:

Full training will be provided with aim of qualification for Propertymark accreditation. The company will pay for all exams to achieve this for the right candidate*
Strong negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and well presented Motivated and Driven Ability to multi task Confident in cold calling Team Player Well organised and good at time management Good I.T. Skills Deal with Admin / Accounts Referencing Maintenance / Contractors
Candidate Requirement

MUST- Hold a Driving Licence and own vehicle
Job Specification

Handling incoming calls Registering clients and matching property Calling registered clients and updating system Arranging and accompanying property viewings Negotiating and agreeing offers To liaise with tenants and landlords Chasing up documents required for referencing Dealing with move-ins Preparing tenancy agreements Ensuring all relevant documentation and regulations are met Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure targets are met Canvassing using various means - Letters - Internet - Gumtree - Zoopla - Cold Calling - Contacting prospective landlord and driving around to see what is on the market.
