Requirements

Knowledge of Worcester Park adn Surrounding Areas including postcodes KT4, KT3, KT17, SM1, SM2, SM3 and SM4

Winning Business in the local and surrounding area

Viewings Building relationships with buyers and tenants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements Servicing our database Conducting viewings on the properties we act for Keeping vendors and landlords constantly updated, handling negotiations and queries Dealing with solicitors, the signing of contracts and the most rewarding part of the job - handing over the keys!

Hours: Monday's to Friday's 8.45am - 6:00pm , every other Saturday 9:30am - 15.00pm.

Salary: Starting salary and with opportunities for uncapped performance bonus. OTE 40,000

Holidays: 22 days per annum increasing after 12-mths service.

You will need the following skills and experience:

Salary: From 18,000.00 With a three month review subject to Completion of training courses and satisfactory milestones achieved. OTE 40,000
