To support the residential sales team in delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers while undertaking structured training and qualifications. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in estate agency and develop the skills required for a long-term career in property sales.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Client Interaction- Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to vendors. Build rapport with buyers and sellers.
Sales Administration- Prepare offer letters, complete AML checks, and manage file progression. Maintain accurate records and CRM updates.
Lead Generation- Identify opportunities, book valuations and earn commission for successful conversions.
Communication and Coordination- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders to support smooth transactions.
Marketing Support- Assist with property listings. social media content and promotional campaigns.
Compliance- Follow procedures for data protection, anti money laundering and industry regulations.
Skills & Attributes Required
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car
Essential for conducting viewings and property visits.
