Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Sales Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals of business while gaining hands-on experience in a professional working environment. You will receive training and support while assisting the wider team and developing product and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team by researching and identifying potential customers Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and related materials Attend client meetings and product demonstrations alongside experienced colleagues Record customer interactions and daily activity accurately using CRM systems Follow up with customers to support relationship building Take part in training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge Carry out general administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
Skills and Experience
Good written and verbal communication skills Well organised with attention to detail Able to work both independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is helpful Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 32,000.00-40,684.51 per year
