Trainee Sales Manager

Location: Sheffield

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Full Training Provided

We're expanding our leadership development programme and looking to bring onboard motivated individuals who are eager to learn management skills, lead by example, and progress into a Sales Manager role.

About the Role

This is a trainee management position designed to prepare you for a Sales Manager role.

You'll start by learning the fundamentals of sales and customer engagement before progressing into team leadership, training, and performance management.

You'll be guided every step of the way to build confidence, leadership skills, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
