Duties

Participate in training sessions to develop managerial skills and knowledge of the business. Help coordinate staff schedules and manage team performance effectively. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure availability of products. Contribute to the development of promotional strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement. Collaborate with senior management on various projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

A passion for leadership and a desire to grow within the company. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers. Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
