About the role
As a Trainee Sales Manager you will be responsible for sales process to achieve department growth targets all the while you will be proactively developing value adding relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you will work directly with customers, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow in a professional environment. This role will be supported with training and mentoring and will offer opportunity for career progression within an expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Support the department head in achieving targets and goals.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
Requirements:
Strong interest in sales and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

Reporting to the Head of Department, this is a Full Time role, working 40 hours per week within the office and out in the field.
The salary is 40k OTE including an attractive performance bonus scheme, which will be discussed at interview.
