What We're Looking For:

Excellent organisational skills with strong written and verbal communication. A professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Self-motivation and a proactive "can-do" mindset. A genuine desire to achieve and exceed performance targets. Full, clean UK driving licence. Smart, professional appearance.
What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants. Generate new business opportunities through calls, viewings, and valuations. Convert leads into instructions for both sales and lettings. Ensure all paperwork and compliance is completed accurately. Work to achieve set targets and KPIs.
