Trainee Sales Negotiator

to join our dynamic team in Coulsdon.

About the Role:

Being a Sales Negotiator is a rewarding and fast-paced career. In this role, you will work closely with potential buyers to understand their property needs and match them with the right homes. You'll be responsible for arranging and conducting viewings, supporting clients through the sales process, and helping ensure each transaction is completed smoothly.

You'll collaborate with the Bond & Sherwill team to deliver outstanding customer service, foster relationships, and uphold our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective buyers to assess needs and match them with suitable properties Schedule and manage viewing appointments Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress Support clients through the sales journey from offer to completion Work towards sales targets and deadlines Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient administrative processes Adhere to company procedures and compliance standards Introduce clients to mortgage and solicitor services where applicable

What We Offer:

Competitive basic salary with commission Performance-related bonuses (realistic OTE of 30,000 - 33,000 Private medical insurance upon completion of probation Full training and career development opportunities 28 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm (with a day off midweek in lieu)

Well-presented, motivated, and ambitious individuals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident with IT and able to learn new systems quickly Full UK driving licence is essential Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
