Trainee Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading team in Taylors Swindon. This is one of the flagship offices in the region. We are now looking to train the next potential super star with unrivalled training both in branch and in the classroom.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion. You will also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
