Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Sales Team - US Market!)
Location: Bristol, City Centre
Starting Salary: xc2xa325,000 + uncapped commission
OTE/ realistic earnings year 1: xc2xa370,000+

• Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
• Clients/Businesses: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
• Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
• Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

Aligned to the US market (late start hours):Mon-Thurs: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMFri: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (early finish)At Rise:
