We are offering a unique opportunity for newly qualified Mortgage Advisors who have little to no experience. This role would be on a self employed basis.
You will learn from start to finish the mortgage process from our Director, learn about how to sell, cross sale and have side by side support.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into the company. Yes you will start off by being a trainee advisor but this role will then grow into a full time CAS advisor. Not only will we give you all the tools, knowledge and support you need we will also provide you with leads to grow your customer base.
Not only this but when you do start to advise and write your own business you will have a dedicated member of our admin team to support you with processing.
Duties
Be available to come into the office in our new Birmingham office for side by side support until you are ready to be remote.
Conduct customer fact finds to understand the customers wants and needs.
Advise on the best products.
Request all relevant documents from customers to submit their application in full.
Make sure all customer communications and documents are all input onto our crm system.
Experience
No experience is required just the right attitude.
Pay: 30,000.00-60,000.00 per year
