Trainee Service Technician Plant And Tool Hire
Job Description
We are a successful and expanding plant and tool hire business specializing in engineering. Due to business expansion we require a trainee service technician to join our maintenance team.
As a trainee service technician you will be responsible for becoming competent in the service and general maintenance of hire fleet machines. This primarily involves checking the machines are working correctly and safely in addition to minor repairs and preparing the machines for the next hire.
The right candidate should be technically minded and have the aptitude to learn about specialist engineering equipment and how to maintain, diagnose and repair. The candidate should also be a team player with a positive attitude and an interest in the industry. Any previous experience in the plant and tool hire industry would be an advantage but not a requirement.
Hours: Alternate Wk1: Mon-Fri 8-5 Wk2: Mon-Thurs 7:30-5 Fri 7:30-2pm
Holidays: 32 Days (incl Bank Holidays)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-25,300.00 per year
