We're looking for a Trainee Site Engineer to join our growing team working on exciting groundworks and civil engineering projects. Whether you're an A-Level leaver or a recent graduate, if you have a "can-do" attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Assist experienced engineers with site setting out and surveying

Work alongside site managers, operatives, and subcontractors

Support quality assurance, health & safety, and environmental compliance

Learn how to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Develop your technical and practical knowledge on real projects
