Trainee Site Manager - Sandon, Stafford (6 New Build Homes)

Salary:

26,000 - 30,000 + Expenses + 6-Month Performance Bonuses

Hours:

7:15am - 4:45pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Site Manager to join our team on a 6 Unit New Build Scheme in Sandon. This is a great opportunity for someone with some construction knowledge who wants hands-on experience and long-term career progression.

What You'll Be Doing

Opening the site each morning at

7:20am

and closing it at

4:40pm

Making sure all workers have what they need to stay productive (drawings, info, materials, plant, etc.) Ensuring Health & Safety rules are always followed Maintaining quality standards across all trades Arranging inspections with Building Control, warranty providers, highways and sewer authorities at key build stages Helping control costs: checking quotes, comparing suppliers, and verifying invoices Monitoring progress against the build programme Supporting customer care and ensuring homes are finished to a high standard Representing the company professionally with workers, suppliers, neighbours, and clients

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, confident communicator Some construction knowledge (no specific qualification required) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills Someone comfortable wearing a shirt and tie but also happy to pop to a builders' merchant when needed Full driving licence. (Use of a vehicle for work would be an advantage)
