J Towler Construction are looking for a Trainee Site Supervisor / Estimator to join our growing team, working on residential and commercial projects across Hampshire and Dorset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction who's ready to step up into a management path. You'll gain hands-on experience in both estimating and site operations, learning how to price works, plan projects, and manage delivery from start to finish.

What you'll do:

Assist with estimating and preparing quotes for future projects. Support site setup and supervision under guidance from an experienced manager. Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and health & safety documentation. Learn how to manage programme, costs, and quality standards.
What we're looking for:

Some experience in construction (e.g., site operative, trainee, or assistant role). Enthusiastic, well-organised, and ready to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work between office and site locations. Full UK driving licence.

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30am-16.30pm (with flexibility)
