Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and in person.
Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network equipment.
Maintain and update helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, network and printing.
Support IT projects and system upgrades under supervision.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development.
About You
A recent college graduate (IT, Computing, or related field preferred).
A genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a career in IT support.
Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, or networking (advantageous but not essential).
Enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude and willingness to learn and progress
