Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and empathy. Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. Strong academic record coupled with common sense, An interest in care proceedings or crime will be an advantage.
