We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law.
Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
Research relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support client cases.
Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices that may affect clients.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
