Requirements
This role would suit an individual who has a passion to develop their understanding of regulated financial services, including the identification of emerging risks and the presentation of recommended solutions to complex business and regulatory issues to senior management within the JFSC.
The successful candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be a talent enabler through proactively sharing best practice.
Motivation for continuous learning and development, a flexible approach and an aptitude for teamwork. Having some knowledge and experience of relevant financial services and products, and an understanding of the Jersey and international regulatory standards are desirable for the role.
