We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a
Trainee Surveyor
. This full-time job opportunity is based at our Ipswich office and includes both in-office and on-site learning.
As a Trainee Surveyor, you will work closely with our experienced Surveyors to gain hands-on experience in property surveying, timber inspection, and damp diagnostics. You will also learn how to provide tailored advice on property preservation treatments across the East Anglia region.

Key Responsibilities
Assist qualified Surveyors in the inspection and surveying of residential and commercial properties
Learn how to identify and diagnose issues such as timber decay and dampness
Support the creation of accurate and detailed survey reports
Book appointments with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Liaise with Technicians to ensure smooth delivery of recommended works
Follow up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in office-based duties and shadow surveyors on-site as part of structured training
