Trainee Swimming Teacher (aston Clinton Area)
Job Description
Due to ongoing growth, Wildfish Swim School are recruiting for new trainee swimming teachers in the Aston Clinton area to join our existing team on a part-time basis evenings and weekends.
Working a minimum of two shifts per week (term time only), these posts would be ideal for a student, someone looking for part time hours or someone who wants a second income to top up their money.
Once qualified we pay from 17.00 per hour to 23.50 per hour.
We are looking for people to start training in January 2026 and to start teaching ther own lessons from from Easter 2026 onwards.
Full training is provided as part of this post and while you are training to become a fully qualified swimming teacher you will work as a lesson assistant, supporting one of our current teachers to deliver their lessons.
As part of your training you will be supported and mentored by our Operations and Training Manager to ensure you get the best out of the training.
We are all about high quality swimming lessons so you would not teach more than 4 children at any one time.
