To carry out regular and routine checks on equipment
To evaluate faulty equipment
To carry out basic level repairs on equipment
To provide advice and support to internal and external customers.
To provide regular updates to customers, and all teams on all open cases.
To produce administrative reports for both internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
To support the service engineers with adhoc repairs.
To deliver and collect loan equipment from customer sites.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
To report all activities in a timely manner:
Review and update schedules.
Ad hoc tasks as required.
Person Specification:
Patience to try and try again until the end result is of an acceptable standard
Ability to work as part of a team while also working in isolation to achieve team goals
Full driving license
Willingness to stay away to meet client requirements
Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Self-starter with a flexible, hands on nature.
Full training will be provided.
