Trainee Trade & Marketing Assistant - Reddish Joinery Group

Reddish Joinery Group is expanding! We're not just a joinery business -- we're building a group of companies in the window and door industry. As we grow, we're looking for an ambitious new team member to join us on the journey.

This role is perfect for someone who wants more than just an office job. You'll be learning how to handle trade quoting for our customers, while also getting involved in marketing to help us grow our brand and reach.

What you'll be doing:

Speaking with trade customers by phone and email Preparing and sending quotes (full training provided) Learning and using our office and quoting systems Supporting our marketing -- from social media posts to updating brochures/website Helping with general office tasks and supporting the wider team

Confident on the phone and good with people Organised, with an eye for detail A creative streak -- comfortable with social media and marketing ideas Keen to learn, adaptable, and up for a challenge Positive attitude and a team player
