Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support across various departments. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or supply chain management and possess excellent customer service abilities, but not essential.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient workflow within the office. Manage logistics and supply chain processes to optimise resource allocation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Support IT functions by troubleshooting basic technical issues and liaising with IT support when necessary. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved. Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience in logistics or supply chain management is desirable but not essential. A valid driving licence may be required for certain logistical tasks.
