Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting property valuations.
Collaborate with valuation manager to gather market data and analyse trends.
Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Develop strong relationships with clients and the team
Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
A passion for the property industry and a keen interest in valuations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and ambitious mindset with a desire for career progression.
Industry experience preferred but not essential
