About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable

trainee water service engineer,

to join our Water Services team. This is a hands-on role involving installation, maintenance and repair of water systems for private water services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, is eager to learn, and has a strong work ethic.

No previous water industry experience is necessary - full training will be provided

(both in house, formal qualifications and certificates)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist engineers in the maintenance and repair of our water treatment systems and installations. General on site labouring to assist in completion of all work and to the standard set and expected. Operate hand and power tools (depending in certificates/qualifications pending - inhouse and external training provided)*
Maintain cleanliness and safety of worksites Carry out general grounds' maintenance (e.g., mowing, brush cutting) around water assets. Support tradespeople and other team members Follow safety and environmental procedures Complete basic job-related digital entries onto a CRM database

Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of manual labour in outdoor environments Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn Able to work well in a team and take direction Safety-conscious attitude Driver licence (for insurance purposes minimum - 21 years of age)
