We have an exciting job opportunity within our water engineering company for a trainee water treatment engineer. We are ideally looking for applicants that have served in the military to join our ex military workforce.
As part of our engineering team you will assist with the installation, servicing and breakdown of private water supply filtration systems and associated pumps.
A full clean driving licence is essential, basic plumbing or electrical skills will be preferred. On the job training and company branded van will be provided. We will also put you through a confined space entry, chlorination, and first aid qualification.
We cover sites throughout the UK, so occasional overnight stays and overtime will be required.
Duties will include:
-assisting with installations of water softeners, filters, tanks and pumps.
-servicing of domestic and commercial water treatment systems.
-water sampling.
-water tank cleaning and chlorinations.
Basic pay will be between 26,000 - 30,000 a year plus overtime and company van plus annual bonus. Pay will be reviewed annually and will increase based on performance.
