Trainee Wireperson

About the role
We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to build Electrical control panels etc.
This role will suit you if:
You have an interest in Engineering and building electrical equipment
Able to learn how to read technical drawings
Good manual dexterity
Works well in a team
Willing to learn and give any task a go
Full training will be provided.
Tasks you will be involved in
The assembly and wiring of electrical components, of varying size and complexity using drawings, parts lists and specifications
Mechanical assembly of cubicles and framework
Bench assembly of electrical sub-assemblies
Updating electronic issues log and communicating directly with responsible design engineers
Responsibilities
Quality of own work and rework identified during inspection and test
The working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm Friday 8am - 1:30pm
