What You'll Be Doing

Building bespoke software using PHP, JavaScript, React and MySQL Learning on the job, whether that means shadowing senior developers or taking the lead on smaller projects Working closely with a tight-knit team (no hierarchy, just support) Chatting with clients to understand their challenges and goals Writing clean, thoughtful code that actually gets used Growing your skills every single day - tech, teamwork and client communication

What We're Looking For

A passion for coding - whether you're self-taught, a career-changer or fresh out of college or uni Some basic understanding of programming (HTML, Python, JS, or anything else is a great start) Curiosity, confidence and a team-first attitude Willingness to learn from mistakes, ask questions and support others Bonus: Experience with PHP, JavaScript, or databases, but not essential
