An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Trainer/Assessor - Learning & Development yn Learning and Development

What you will be doing?

To be responsible for delivering training and assessments to the workforce ensuring that all officers and staff have the knowledge, operational skills and qualifications to perform their roles effectively and are suitably trained ready to be deployed. To also be required to make objective assessments of the competence of performance of officers in the workplace, providing feedback to the person being assessed and to others.
