Permanent (Part- or Full-Time, 27.5-37.5 hours per week)

Role Purpose



As a Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you'll work within the Client Engagement Team to provide high-quality end-to-end support across our client programmes. You'll manage logistics, coordinate communication between clients and facilitators, and ensure our learning projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their L&D or project management career who's looking to develop within a supportive business with plans for growth.

Roles and Responsibilities



Programme Coordination and Administration



Build, maintain, and develop excellent relationships with clients, facilitators, and colleagues

Use Monday.com to input, track, update, and manage projects. Create and maintain client and project records, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Schedule learning events (virtual and in-person), coordinate communications, and prepare materials

Administer learner diagnostics and liaise with external qualification bodies

Support financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and cost tracking

Gather and analyse learner feedback and evaluation data to produce insight reports

Confidently use Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms)

Support virtual training sessions as 'Producer' using platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams, Mural, Slido, and other collaboration tools.

Deliverables



Accurate and timely coordination of programme activities and client communication Maintenance of all project and client data in line with ISO and GDPR requirements Delivery of consistent, high-quality administrative, client support and interpersonal relationships Proactive identification of improvements and efficiencies in programme delivery

Essential Experience



Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within learning, HR, or consultancy environments Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator, both written and verbal Competent user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Working collaboratively in a team environment

Desirable Experience



Experience using Monday.com or other project management tools Experience in a learning and development or professional services environment Understanding of learning design principles or event logistics Experience working with clients or external suppliers

Development Opportunities



As you develop your confidence and capability, you'll have the chance to gain experience in:

Learning Design - supporting the creation of blended learning materials, managing digital content in MS Teams and LearnWorlds, and learning tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Storyline, and Canva.

Sales & Marketing - contributing to proposals, case studies, and marketing materials, and supporting client engagement activities.

Learning Facilitation - co-facilitating internal or client learning sessions alongside experienced Primeast facilitators and partners.
