The Role



We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our dynamic Operational Support team. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination of training, compliance, and support tasks, helping our employees and technicians succeed from day one.

What You'll Do




Coordinate training bookings, inductions, and eLearning refreshers for staff and technicians. Support HR and compliance processes, including database management and uploading key documentation. Liaise with internal teams to allocate operational tasks and ensure smooth workflows. Monitor and report on performance metrics (SLAs) to drive improvements. Triage queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring they're resolved promptly. Manage expenses approvals and training budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively. Provide excellent customer service by handling phone inquiries, deliveries, and day-to-day support needs.



What We're Looking For




Experience in training administration or a similar administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail. Confident in using Microsoft Office and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks is desirable, but not essential.
