As a
Training Administrator
, you'll provide essential administrative and customer support to the Training team, ensuring customers have a smooth, professional experience from enrolment through to certification.
This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and keen to learn, with clear opportunities for development.
What You'll Be Doing
Administering customer enrolments on the Coptrz Academy e-learning platform
Owning the administrative side of the customer training journey from enrolment through to certification
Handling
inbound and outbound phone calls
and emails, providing clear and accurate training information to customers
Making
proactive outbound calls
to customers to confirm bookings, support progress, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth training experience
Supporting the Training team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Processing training documentation in line with
CAA, QMS, and awarding body requirements
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring training SLAs are met
Issuing certificates upon course completion
Coordinating training logistics, including venues, course materials, and attendance records
Organising trainer diaries and supporting course scheduling
Liaising with trainers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure training delivery runs smoothly
Reviewing candidate feedback, identifying trends, and escalating issues where required
Training & Development
No prior aviation or drone experience is required.
You'll receive full training on our systems, products, and processes. As part of your development,
Coptrz will fully fund your A2 CofC and GVC drone qualifications
, giving you first-hand insight into the training we deliver and a clear pathway for progression.
A willingness to learn and develop is essential.
About You
This role would suit someone who is:
Organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
Confident using systems and administrative processes
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Interested in developing a career in training, administration, or customer support
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or training support is helpful but not essential.

Location requirement:
Leeds LS1 5QX , Office Based, Monday to Friday 38.5 hours per week.
