Job Description

We are seeking an administrator to join our Training team in our award-winning training Centre of Excellence, endorsed by Skills for Care. Our approach to exceptional training and development has been recognised by us winning a prestigious 'Training and Development' award with high commendation at the 2025 Home Care Awards.

This full-time role is based in Tonbridge Head Office in Kent, working with friendly and welcoming staff working collaboratively within the team and supporting departments.

We believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional training. We equip our Live-in-Carers with the knowledge skills and confidence needed to deliver compassionate, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of every client.

Daily tasks:



Maintaining and updating staff and carers training database. Course enrolment (using training platforms such as CareSkills, School Network and Skills for Care). Coordinating with various teams to ensure carers are enrolled onto update or career progression courses. Maintain an accurate training calendar reflecting course statuses. Ensuring courses are completed within compliance deadlines and chased when needed. To be escalated to relevant departments if nearing deadlines. Producing and issuing training certificates with post course resources. Monitoring minimum booking reports to release certificates and referring to retention if action is required. Managing team administrator mail inbox and primary team call handler. Booking external training courses for training team. Sourcing and purchasing training materials, uniform and sundry supplies. Ensuring certificates and training materials are correct to latest training processes and branding. Prepare weekly and daily training packs. General admin support duties.

Required skills:



Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Ability to adapt and use new software (custom database system, Trello workflow software, and 3CX telephone system). Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Collaborative communication and interpersonal skills (across multiple teams). Multi-tasking and able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
