Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and pro-active training advisor to provide support to our expanding training team based at our modern head office at Wixenford depot, Plymouth. The right candidate will be joining a fun, hardworking and enthusiastic team that are dedicated to supplying the best possible service to our clients.

The position is a full time role for approximately 40 hrs a week, Monday-Friday. Weekend working is not required. As a training advisor you will undertake a number of different roles, providing diversity throughout your working day.

Main Duties:

Responding to customers via email for training requests Answering the phone dealing with customer training requests Booking training courses via our CRM portal Process course paperwork via the relevant accreditation guidelines to produce certification Send certification out to customer whether that be e-certification / post Uploading candidate's data to online portals General office duties General administration for training courses Working collaboratively with inter company staff

Experience

Experience in a learning and development role or similar capacity is preferred Knowledge of the construction industry is welcomed but not essential Applicants must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in selling products/service is favourable Providing an excellent customer service
