Our Training and Enablement Manager leads our Client Services Training Coaching function, working with clients and internal stakeholders to help our clients drive business outcomes through the development and delivery of multifaceted learning programs encompassing virtual, online and in person learning experiences.
As our Training and Enablement Manager, you are a strategic and creative leader with a passion for developing learning experiences that delight and drive business outcomes. You have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and creating impactful, employee-centric blended learning programs while optimising processes to drive business growth.
With exceptional communication and organisational skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork and collaboration. Experience in an agency or consultancy is advantageous.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience leading and managing teams, ideally within a B2B environment.
A passion for learning, development and social media with a curiosity for emerging trends and technologies.
Strong consultative experience with the ability to assess client needs and influence stakeholders.
Strong expertise and proven experience in creating and managing learning content, including webinars, video courses, interactive modules, coaching - able to demonstrate a mastery of adult learning theory and instructional design.
Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and educational technologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop, scale, and enhance educational initiatives.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills - you know how to inspire and bring out the best in people.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across levels functions.
A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture while keeping an eye on the details.

Responsibilities:
Work with our Client Services and Customer Success teams to ensure great customer experience, meeting internal and external expectations to build confidence in the quality of Tribal Impact services.
Oversee the creation of high-quality learning programs that speak to global audiences and exceed client expectations.
To lead and manage a team of trainers, coaches and LMS specialists - employees and freelance contractors.
Act as a 'player-coach,' delivering programs while also guiding and supporting the team.
Measure the impact of learning initiatives, using feedback and data to inform ongoing improvement.
Continuously refine and improve our services, keeping up to date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in learning and development.
Explore and implement AI digital tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining a human touch.
Proactively identify potential program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure learning programs stay on track
Strong business management experience and commercial acumen with the ability to efficiently allocate resources including team members, time, and budget, to optimise project outcomes and business profitability.
To evaluate key metrics, such as utilisation rates, profitability and NPS, undertaking any required improvement measures under the direction of the Chief Delivery Officer.

You will need:
To be prepared to travel, both nationally and internationally by our travel and subsistence policy.
