We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Training and Onboarding Coordinator at Sizewell C (SZC).
As a Training and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering all Wilson James and site-specific training and onboarding requirements, ensuring compliance at each site. This is a standalone role that requires initiative and self-motivation, involving the provision of advice and guidance, and liaising with on-site teams, the WIMS team, colleagues across different sites, and external training providers.
Additionally, you will assist in delivering the training program and managing the enrolment of delegates in training and development initiatives as needed. You will also support the onboarding process by completing BPSS packs and ensuring a smooth experience for our current employees.
