Draken Europe is a leader in aviation services, supporting military and government operations across the globe. We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Trainer/Coordinator to join our dynamic Training & Development team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Trainer/Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Early Careers programmes and business-wide training initiatives. From coordinating apprenticeships and graduate placements to maintaining training records and delivering course content, this is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our people development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate apprenticeship, graduate, and work experience programmes. Maintain accurate training records and archives in line with GDPR and compliance standards. Support the scheduling, delivery, and evaluation of internal and external training courses. Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including syllabi, assessments, and courseware. Deliver training sessions in various capacities: instructor, invigilator, examiner, and assessor. Compile departmental KPIs and financial data for reporting purposes. Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure training needs are met efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a training coordination or administrative role, ideally within an aviation or technical environment. Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint); experience with Learning Management Systems and tools like Articulate is a plus. Awareness of GDPR and Quality Management Systems. Previous experience working with apprentices, graduates, or young people is advantageous. A proactive, adaptable team player with a "can-do" attitude.
