Reporting into the Training Systems & Quality Assurance Manager, the successful
Training Coordinator
will be responsible for coordinating training and business education requests in line with HR policies, service-level agreements and timetables to maximise utilisation. You will also be supporting the competence team with new initiatives and develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful
Training Coordinator
will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
Maintaining course information i.e. preferred vendors and course costs
Liaising with suppliers and scheduling training dates to meet ongoing business demands
Organising internal & external resources as appropriate
Identifying employees who are needing refresher training and liaising with training managers to authorise
Contacting line managers to allocate employees onto available events
Ensuring employee training records are maintained in accordance with compliance standards
Raising PO's and goods receipting in line with SLA's and closing out events in their entirety
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until December 2026

who is:
Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
Maintain a good level of attention to detail
Good practical knowledge and ability in Microsoft packages
Able to plan, prioritise and deliver own workload
