We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a keen analytical mindset to assess client needs and market trends. Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred to manage account activities efficiently.
Key Objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance client value and grow the accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and holding regular reviews
Optimising course sizes
Review and action customer feedback forms
Navigating calls through to accurate and appropriate bookings
Assist with Accreditation audits
NVQ Building and management
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Good computer skills
