is essential for applicants, ideally within a remote or multi-site environment. Proven experience

leading teams

successfully and an of how to motivate and develop people to deliver exceptional resuults. You are confident using

CRM systems and customer service software,

and you apply data-driven insights to improve performance. Confidence in

promoting training

or educational offerings is beneficial, as is familiarity with service excellence frameworks. You maintain composure in fast-paced settings and consistently demonstrate a

customer-centric mindset

. You

communicate clearly

and work effectively across departments to deliver a unified customer experience.
