Training Engineer - Mobile Systems & Control (Integrated Systems Engineering)

Working with world-leading provider of specialist training in Hydraulics, Electro-Hydraulics, Electro-Pneumatics, and Control Systems. Supporting workforce skills development across the UK and internationally, we are also the country's leading provider of CETOP Competence-Based Qualifications.

The Opportunity



We are seeking an experienced Training Engineer - Mobile Systems & Control to join our specialist engineering training team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in mobile systems, hydraulics, and control, who is passionate about developing others and advancing industry capability.

A structured internal training programme will be provided, delivered by our Learning & Development Manager. For candidates without CETOP Level 3, this qualification will be included in your personal development plan.

Key Responsibilities (Once Trained)



Deliver engaging technical lectures and group-based practical training. Work closely with the Mobile Systems Manager to develop and manage mobile hydraulics and controls training facilities. Deliver and assess CETOP Competence-Based Qualifications. Progress to Course Manager/Lead Tutor responsibilities over time. Follow and contribute to the NFPC Quality Management System (QMS).

About You



You will have:

Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and management of mobile systems involving hydraulics and control. Strong practical skills in planning, installation, commissioning, testing, fault diagnosis, and rectification. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally with learners and industry clients.

HNC/HND

CETOP Level 3

, or similar relevant technical qualification.
Knowledge of current industry supply chains is advantageous.
