Position Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Training & Events Administrator
to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This is a highly rewarding role for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys interacting with and supporting customers.

Key Responsibilities
Answering telephone calls from customers and suppliers and directing them to the appropriate internal department
Managing the administration inbox, forwarding correspondence to relevant departments and responding to customer queries
Booking accommodation and transportation for trainers
Liaising with trainers to obtain course materials and formatting presentations
Maintaining and following processes relating to presentations, monitoring records, spreadsheets, and databases
Creating and managing course booking enquiries through the online booking system, including raising credit notes and amending course bookings
Assisting customers and delegates with technical enquiries relating to the online learning portal and booking system
Producing and sending pre- and post-course communications to delegates
Setting up online webinars, providing IT support, and ensuring all course materials, evaluation forms, and marketing materials are distributed
Processing evaluation forms and sending feedback to trainers
Providing first-line technical support for delegates and speakers using webinar platforms such as Zoom and GoToWebinar
Editing webinar recordings for use on the online training portal and uploading course materials
Supporting the administration and technical delivery of external and national courses and events
Assisting the wider team and senior leadership team as required
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years' administration experience with responsibility for key tasks
Educated to degree level (desirable)
Experience using webinar software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and GoToWebinar (preferred)
Professional and confident telephone manner
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and presentation
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work within deadlines

Hours:
Full time, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

25,000 - 26,000 per annum
