The primary focus of this role will be training delivery/facilitation.
This role is responsible for initially designing and delivering a brand-new company-wide induction, giving people the knowledge and skills required for a great start within the business. This is an exciting opportunity to use your passion and knowledge to engage and develop your colleagues.
You will design and deliver an innovative approach that meets the needs of our learners and responds to business priorities. You will use your existing skills and experience, along with ideas and activities already taking place in Thames Water, to develop and deliver a learning program that may take place across various Thames Water sites, and to a range of different colleagues and roles.
You will be responsible for maintaining our quality of learning and commitment to accessibility, to create an inclusive learning culture to enable our people to succeed at the point of need. Your role will be instrumental in creating a learner-led organisation promoting work-based, collaborative and social learning and making learning easy, accessible, relevant and impactful.
