Training Officer
(Ref: R/TO/M/25)
Permanent | Full Time | Monday-Friday
37.5 hrs/week | 7am - 3:30pm (flexibility required)
28,000 - 30,000/annum

As the Training Officer, you'll be the driving force behind our team's growth and development. You'll design, organise, and deliver training that empowers people, builds confidence, and supports real career progression. You'll make sure everyone has the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive.
What you NEED to bring to the table:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role
- Competent with the use of IT, in particular Microsoft Excel and Word
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate business requirements
- A full, valid driving licence and/or access to a reliable means of transport
- Experience in a waste/manufacturing/similar environment
- Experience working with an E-Learning package
- Train the Trainer Certificate or equivalent
- A confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and supportive of shared success
- Proactive in identifying issues and finding practical, timely solutions
- Adaptable and dependable, with a flexible approach to changing priorities
- Positive and professional, with a focus on continuous improvement
