Our Accommodation Services Team are looking for a Training & Onboarding Administrator! This role is permanent for 40 hours per week and the ideal candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the senior team in the Accommodation Services Department within a fast-paced, 24/7 holiday resort environment. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be dealing with everything from training plans and team development to guest queries and HR support such as managing probationary periods and staff welfare.
