Training Programme Manager
As the Training Programme Manager, you will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for subsea equipment operations. This role is vital to ensuring our internal and external clients receive industry-leading training aligned with both regulatory standards and operational excellence.
About the role
This role will act as the primary liaison between the OEM and external training providers to facilitate the transfer and adaptation of technical content into effective training programmes.
The Training Programme Manager will be responsible for;
collaborating with subject matter experts, engineer, and instructors to develop, review and update training curricula for Workclass ROV and subsea trenching systems.
coordinating training schedules, resource allocation, and logistics with training providers to optimise delivery and trainee engagement.
Ensuring that all training content complies with industry standards, health and safety regulations and company policies.
supporting continuous professional development initiatives and certification processes related to subsea operations and equipment.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
This person should be educated to a degree in Engineering, Marine technology or related discipline. Relevant experience in a similar role may be considered. In addition, they should have a strong understanding of subsea equipment and associated technologies.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in training content delivery management within the subsea, offshore, or marine technology sectors.
This person should have a good understanding of the theoretical principles of operation of SMD systems. Experience of practical application/customer utilisation of the portfolio of SMD vehicles and systems. They should also have good working knowledge of the offshore industry and specifically familiarity with live offshore operations.
You must have the ability to interpret complex technical documentation and translate it into clear, structured training content.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
They will also have a customer focused mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Required Criteria

  • educated to a degree level in Engineering, Marine technology or related discipline
