Training & Recruitment Officer.

Be a key part of a committed team who work tirelessly to provide first class customer service. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting new colleagues and designing & delivering training & learning events, to help develop the next generation of bus and coach drivers.

Our in-house training academy is based at our Dundee depot, where our amazing team cover our northern network.

What does the role involve ?

Leading the recruitment process to select new colleagues to join our fantastic team.

Onboarding new colleagues.

Delivering 5-star training & development events to our teams.

Designing learning materials for a broad range of colleagues.

Ensuring that the training academy operates to the highest standards, and complies with all legislative requirements.

Support projects and new initiatives designed to progress our outstanding organisation.

What can you bring to us ?

Experience in recruitment and selection.

In-depth knowledge of the full training / learning cycle : training needs analysis, course design & delivery, learning validation.

Confident user of MS Office applications.

Excellent communications and engagement skills, combined with a positive "can do" attitude.
