We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Training Sales Consultant to join our team at The AMRICC Academy, a leading provider of Learning & Development (L&D) solutions dedicated to helping businesses in the ceramics industry enhance their workforce through tailored training programs designed to improve employee skills, boost productivity, and drive business success. Job Purpose:




As a Training Sales Consultant at The AMRICC Academy, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with businesses, and selling AMRICC's specialised programs, which are tailored to materials scientists, researchers, and professionals seeking practical knowledge in advanced ceramics and materials commercialisation. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, from academic institutions to industry leaders, helping them understand and access AMRICC Academy's transformative training and development opportunities. This role will require a consultative approach, where you'll work closely with prospective clients to match their needs with The AMRICC Academy's offerings. You will also be a key player in driving the growth of The Academy's programs.


Key Responsibilities:




Proactively identify and target potential business clients who would benefit from our Learning & Development Academy. Develop strong relationships with prospective clients, including HR professionals, training managers, and decision-makers in companies in the materials science and ceramics sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities for The AMRICC Academy's training programs and services, negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. Act as a key advocate for The AMRICC Academy's educational offerings, clearly explaining the value and demonstrating the benefits of our training solutions to prospective clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions. Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop customised training solutions and packages. Provide tailored quotes and proposals aligned with client requirements. Manage existing accounts and ensure clients are both engaged and satisfied with the training and services provided and have first-class account management to encourage future sales. Collaborate with the technical, marketing, and academic teams at The AMRICC Academy to ensure seamless communication and the development of compelling, impactful offerings.

Key Person Requirements:




Proven track record in B2B sales for value-added products or services. An educational background in STEM is preferred. A background in L&D would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels. Strong ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A results-driven mindset with a passion for business development. Willing to travel extensively for on-site client meetings. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing organisation, adjusting strategies as needed with a solid understanding of business principles, including pricing, costs, and revenue generation.

Core Features & Benefits:




Permanent position Full time, Monday to Friday, 37hours Field-based role with 2 days a week in the office (after successfully completing onboarding which will be fully onsite in Stone for c3 months).
